Using the TalentsLounge learning platform requires registration. In doing so, we process the data you provide (in particular name, email address, school/organization and the information required for the learning operation) for the purpose of providing and managing your account and the learning content. To provide this website and our services, we use service providers (in particular for hosting, email delivery and IT infrastructure). They process data exclusively on our behalf and are bound by data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR as well as technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
Where data is transferred to service providers outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure an adequate level of data protection through appropriate safeguards — in particular the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations (e.g. commercial and tax law periods). The data is deleted thereafter.
